We work quickly to get your festive finds to your doorstep! Here’s what you can expect:

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (Fee: $12.95): We use reliable carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please Note: We ship globally but are unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and holiday volumes.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

If your holiday gear isn’t quite the right fit or doesn’t spark the joy you expected, we’re here to help make it right!

Our Policy At A Glance:
  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on earrings and socks for hygiene reasons. These items are final sale.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

The Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Us (Within 15 Days of Delivery)

Please don’t just send a package back to Santa’s workshop (our warehouse)! To ensure we can track your return and process it quickly, you must first contact our customer service elves.

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your Full Name
  • Product Name(s) (e.g., Cozy Reindeer Christmas Sweater, Size M)
  • Reason for Return/Exchange (e.g., Size too large, wrong color)
  • Your Request (Refund or Exchange for a specific item and size/color)

Step 2: Wait for Instructions & RMA Number

Within 1-2 business days, one of our friendly elves will reply to your email with instructions on where to send your return and will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please write this number on the outside of your return package. Returns received without an RMA number may be delayed.

Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Return

Please securely pack the unused item(s) in their original packaging, include any tags, and mail them to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your peace of mind.

Please Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Step 4: We Process Your Request

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) at our workshop (usually within 5-7 business days of arrival), we will process your request.

  • For Refunds: We will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
  • For Exchanges: We will ship out your new item as soon as possible, subject to availability.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Your refund will be processed immediately upon approval of your return. However, please allow time for the financial institutions to complete the process:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal account.

You will receive an email confirmation from us once the refund has been issued.
